Delete one project
- Open SCOPE and select Jobs.Open the deleted-project or project management controls.
- Select the project you want to remove.Confirm the deletion when SCOPE asks.
- Empty the recovery area for permanent removal.Until it is permanently deleted, a removed project may remain available for recovery.
Delete everything stored by SCOPE
- Open More.Choose App Settings or the data-management section.
- Select “Delete all app data.”Review the list of information that will be removed.
- Confirm deletion. This clears every locally stored job, run, checkpoint, original-quality photo, operator-profile draft, stored template, activation history, and app setting in that installed copy.
It does not delete exported files, reports, messages, email attachments, or backups saved outside SCOPE. Remove those copies from their destination separately.
If you no longer have the app
Android users can remove local SCOPE data by uninstalling the app or by opening Android Settings → Apps → SCOPE → Storage & cache → Clear storage. Device labels may vary.
Need assistance?
The current SCOPE release has no Montgomery Field Systems user account or hosted job database, so we normally cannot access or remotely delete data held only on your device. If you sent materials to us during a support request, email privacy@montgomeryfieldsystems.com with the subject SCOPE Data Deletion Request. Include only the information needed to identify your request. We will acknowledge it and explain any verification or legally required retention that applies.
